Ringkasan program
This program provides state of the art knowledge relating to mainframe computing. This will include designing, developing and documenting complex multi-program applications, and evaluating factors affecting resource requirements in a corporate mainframe environment. It will include choosing an appropriate strategy and applying techniques for systems integration tasks across different platforms, restructuring, managing and tuning DB2 databases, maintaining, developing and debugging COBOL programs which interact with datasets and databases. Students will work with transaction processing, software and file systems, batch processing, virtualisation concepts and benefits.
