This course is designed for professionals or graduates to pursue composition or performance at postgraduate level as well as investigate the theoretical/historical aspects of performance and composition.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a Bachelor of Music with at least upper second class honors or equivalent. An applicant who does not have a Bachelor of Music with at least upper second class honors or whose major field of study has not been music may be required to pass a qualifying examination or undertake preliminary study. Applicants for the Master of Music (in performance) who have not received their undergraduate degree from the UWA School of Music, or whose degree was awarded three or more years from the date of application, may be required to pass an admission audition for the School before lodging an application with the Graduate Research School. International English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 (no lower than 6.0 for speaking and listening, and no lower than 6.5 for reading and writing); TOEFL (Paper-based) - 570 with a Test of Written English (TWE) of no less than 4.5 Scholarship applicants require 580, with 45 in the Test of Spoken English (TSE) and 4.5 in the Test of Written English (TWE); TOEFL (Computer-based) - 90 with 22 for writing, and no other band less than 20 Scholarship applicants require 95, with 22 for reading and listening, 24 for speaking, and 23 for writing.
