Ringkasan program
In this program, Candidates undertake supervised research, culminating in a thesis which makes a substantially original contribution to the subject concerned. MPhil (Edu) students complete a probationary year, at the end of which they produce an extended research plan. They will also undertake advanced coursework, as recommended by their research supervisor. Subject to meeting progression requirements, Master of Philosophy candidates may apply to upgrade to Doctor of Philosophy candidature.

Students should have a Bachelor of Education with honours 1 or honours 2, division 1; or a three-year (pass) bachelor’s degree and four postgraduate-level units in an appropriate area of study with a grade-point average of at least 75 per cent; or a grade-point average of at least 75 per cent in a completed master’s (coursework) degree. They must satisfy IELTS minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band or TOEFL minimum result of 577 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in writing or IBT minimum result of 90 overall including a minimum result of 22 in reading, listening and speaking and 23 in writing.
