Ringkasan program
This is a professional program for graduates wanting to gain employment in the property industry. It focuses on real-world projects which range across the full property and development cycle, preparing students for the realities of professional life. It allows students to develop and build on expertise in valuation, property development and property management. The program is designed to build on the Bachelor of Environments and previous studies in property in a two-year program. This program aims to: engage with specialist topics within a multi-disciplined field of endeavour; extend the knowledge gained in prior learning and experience into a deeper understanding of the professions in property; provide cutting-edge technical and managerial expertise; inform students about the current major research and theoretical aspects of the discipline; teach students to apply theory to the property; and provide an appropriate advanced program to enable study in a research higher degree. Graduates with a property specialisation find employment as property valuers, land economists, property managers, property analysts, property investment advisers and property development advisers.

The Selection Committee will evaluate the applicant's ability to pursue the course successfully using the following criteria - they must have obtained either Bachelor of Planning and Design (Property and Construction) completed at the University of Melbourne between 2005 and 2010; and at least 16 weeks of documented relevant work experience; or an undergraduate degree in a cognate area with a weighted average of at least H3 (65 per cent) in the final two years, or equivalent. International applicants must fulfill the following English language requirements: IELTS (academic English only) score of 6.5 (no band less than 6.0); TOEFL (paper-based test) score of 577 plus TWE 4.5; TOEFL (computer-based test) score of 233 plus 4.5 essay rating; TOEFL (internet-based test) score of 90 plus no band less than 21.
