This course is designed for students who intend to broaden their knowledge in business administration and management while becoming qualified in the areas of conflict and dispute resolution. The Master of Conflict and Dispute Resolution course is designed to provide a solid foundation of practical skills and theory for resolving disputes with a strong focus on developing the knowledge, skills and techniques of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which have a common application in most human contexts that involve negotiation, mediation and communication. The Master of Business Administration uses core knowledge from the academic disciplines of business, law, psychology, technology, social science and humanities to explore key areas confronting modern managers and organisations.

Students must have completed an appropriate undergraduate degree, equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree, or a graduate diploma from this or another university; or other qualifications or practical experienced recognized by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Law, Business and the Creative Arts as equivalent to the above; or completion of one of the following from this university: Graduate Certificate of Conflict and Dispute Resolution; Graduate Diploma of Conflict and Dispute Resolution; Graduate Certificate of Business Administration; or Graduate Diploma of Business Administration. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 4.0) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 79 (minimum writing score of 19) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 57.
