This program provides an entry point to an articulated structure of higher degree study and may qualify graduates for entry to the postgraduate diploma. Students who complete this course gain experienced recent developments in cultural studies and develop an advanced level of methodological and theoretical approaches in cultural studies.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
The Selection Committee will evaluate the applicant's ability to pursue successfully the course using the following criteria - they should have obtained an undergraduate degree with a major cognate to the specialisation with a grade average of H2B (70 per cent) in the major, or equivalent; or a Graduate Diploma in Arts in an area cognate to the specialisation with a grade average of H2B (70 per cent) over the graduate diploma, or equivalent. International applicants must fulfill any one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (academic English only) score of 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0); or TOEFL (paper-based test) score of 577 plus TWE 4.5, TOEFL (computer-based test) score of 233 plus 4.5 essay rating and TOEFL (internet-based test) score of 79 (writing 21, speaking 18, reading and listening 13 each); or Pearson Test of English (academic) score of 58-64 inclusive and no communicative skill below 50.
