Ringkasan program
This program provides students with the opportunity to extend their understanding of the relationship between the theory and practice of nursing in a specific area of specialty nursing. They will develop a depth and complexity of knowledge that enhances their specialty nursing practice in a variety of contexts and nursing roles. There is an emphasis on academic preparation for leadership in specialty nursing, specialty nursing education and patient education. This course does not include clinical components.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent training) and at least one year of clinical experience as a registered Division 1, 3 or 4 nurse within the five years prior to applying for the course. They need to have current unrestricted registration with the Nurses Board of Victoria in Division 1, 3 or 4 of the Register (courses with clinical components only) and current employment and clinical support in their specialty area (courses with clinical components only). Applicants need to have TOEFL Paper based test score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English, Computer based test score of 233 or more including an Essay Rating score of 4.5, Internet based test score of 90 or more with no band score less than 21. Applicants can also have IELTS score of 6.5 or more.
