This programme will deliver the fundamentals of business and management theory while course options will allow students to specialize in specific areas of interest or to prepare for defined professional requirements. It provides a good balance between academic achievement and the acquisition of skills required by modern employers. The international element not only adds value that is sure to be recognized by employers in an increasingly globalised economy, it also offers another dimension to the experience to take away upon graduation. They can pursue for minimum period of one - four years.

Modul program

The modules are as follows for: Year 1 covers Economics for Business and Management, Introduction to Accounting and Finance, International Business in Focus, Personal Development and Careers, Introduction to People, Organisations and Management; Analysis of Business, Marketing Essentials. Year 2 covers International Business, Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management, Consumer Behaviour, International environment Management and Sustainability, Business Economics, Performance and Reward Management, Systems and Operations Management, Effective Team and Performance Management. Year 3 covers Strategic Management Analysis, International Marketing, International Intercultural Management, Sustainable Management Futures, Organisational Transformation in Practice, International and Comparative HRM, Undergraduate Major Project.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicant for (Option 1) Advanced standing entry into Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) final year degree offered at FTMSGlobal Academy should have successfully completed the Higher Diploma in Business Administration awarded by FTMSGlobal Academy or equivalent. Those for (Option 2) entry route into the three year ARU degree programme offered at FTMSGlobal Academy must be at least 17 years old; and obtain at least two subjects at GCE 'A' level and at least three further subjects at GCSE or GCE 'O' level; or they should have successfully completed the Foundation in Business Studies course awarded by FTMSGlobal Academy or equivalent. Applicants are also expected to have IELTS score of 5.5 (minimum) or TOEFL score of 550 (minimum) / English intermediate level or equivalent.
