Ringkasan program
This course consists of 12 units. Students have the option to enrol in either single or double majors. It is professionally recognised by Council for Australasian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) (membership). Graduates will be allowed to use the title Bachelor of Arts (Murdoch) after their names.
Modul program
The core units covered are: Tourism and Events Management covers TOU102 Introduction to Travel and Tourism; SOC 222 Social Research Methods; TOU201 Sustainable Tourism; POL 230 Public Policy Analysis; TOU 212 Festivals and Events; TOU 303 Destination Management; TOU 304 Events and Festivals Management. Public Relations covers MCC213 Communication Research; MCC246 Professional Communication; MCC259 Media Relations; MCC204 Public Relations: Contemporary Approaches; MCC307 Campaign Management; MCC345 Issues and Crisis Management.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have completed polytechnic Diploma; private Diploma/Advanced Diploma; CAT/ACCA. Additionally applicants admitted to the Bachelor of Arts course will be required to undertake Tourism Systems unit in the Kaplan Diploma prior to beginning the Bachelor course; applicants are required to meet Murdoch University English language requirement.
