Ringkasan program
This programme aims at developing well-rounded individuals who are schooled in a range of diverse subject areas.
Modul program
The foundation courses are calculus, introductory economics and academic writing. The University core courses are analytical skills and creative thinking, business, government and society, management communication, ethics and social responsibility, leadership and team building, and technology and world change. The business core courses are business law, business processes, finance, financial accounting, management accounting, management of people at work, marketing, management science, introductory statistics or introduction to statistical theory, and strategy. The corporate communication courses are foundations in corporate communication; and any four electives from: intercultural communication, digital media across Asia, creative communication, public relations writing, communication in the organisation, change communication, persuasion: the business of influence, PR-strategy: creating corporate value in the information age.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have attained 18 years of age. They should have least 12 years of education and have obtained good passes in a national or international examination that is recognised for the purpose of admission. SAT or ACT (including the writing test) or GMAT (if SAT is not available) scores are required. ACT or GMAT scores must reach SMU by 31 May to be considered. Interview or essay writing for all short-listed students who are not residing in Singapore will be interviewed by telephone. Students from India should have obtained Standard 12 education. Chinese students need to have completed their National College Entrance Examination (Gao Kao) qualification. American students must have earned High School Diploma. Malaysian students must have STPM/UEC qualification. Students from Germany are required to have German Arbitur qualification. Students from United Kingdom must have earned A Levels - Cambridge, Edexel, AQA (good passes in at least three advanced - Level subjects). Students should also have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), 79 - 80 (internet-based) or an IELTS overall band score of and with Malaysian University English Test (MUET): overall band of at least 5.
