Ringkasan program
This course consists of a minimum of nine units. Students have the option to enrol in either single or double majors. It is professionally recognised by Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and Australian Institute of Management (AIM). Units common to both majors units need only be taken once. Depending on the level of their previous studies, some students may be required to complete three General Elective units. Graduates will be allowed to use the title BCom (Murdoch) after their names.

The core units covered are: Human Resource Management covers BUS223 Organisational Theory and Behaviour; BUS251 Employee Relations in Asia; BUS228 Workplace Law; BUS240 Organisational Development and Human Resources Management; BUS375 Human Resource Economics; BUS320 Advanced Human Resource Perspectives. Management covers BUS223 Organisation Theory and Behaviour; BUS228 Workplace Law; BUS240 Organisational Development and Human Resources Management; BUS317 Strategic Management; BUS378 Knowledge and Organisational Learning; BUS323 International Management.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must have completed polytechnic Diploma; private Diploma/Advanced Diploma; CAT/ACCA. Additionally applicants admitted to the Bachelor of Commerce course may be required to undertake additional units in order to fulfil the required credit points. The final decision rests with Murdoch University; applicants are required to meet Murdoch University English language requirement.
