Ringkasan program

This programme will provide students with a sound understanding of the management principles and concepts with the ability to develop, evaluate and critique management approaches and theories; high level technical hospitality skills and knowledge; academic skills and attributes to research and critically assess information and effectively apply it to organisational situations; ability to build on previous vocational studies and/or work experience and apply these techniques to effectively manage in a hospitality context. Upon successful completion of all modules, Industrial Attachment and satisfying the mandatory attendance requirements the student will be awarded the Bachelor of Hospitality (Management) by the University of Ballarat, Australia.

The modules are Introduction To Tourism and Hospitality; Service Quality Management; HR Recruitment and Performance; Tourism Operations Management; Global Distributions System (Amadeus); Hotel Operations Management applications (Opera); Hospitality Operations Management I; Food and Beverage Management I; Industrial Attachment/ Integrated Project; Tourism and Hospitality Marketing; Hospitality Accounting and Finance; Legal, Quality Assurance and Safety; HR Management and Leadership; Event Management; Resort and Leisure Management; Hospitality Operations Management II; Food and Beverage Management II; International Business management; Organisational Analysis; Organisational Change; Organisational Learning; Entrepreneurship in the Hospitality Industry; Project Management; Strategic Human Resource Management; and Applied Hospitality Project.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must satisfy the following entry requirements: GCE 'A' level or equivalent; or completion of high school education (Year 12); or any other equivalent qualifications subjected to approval by NIM Academic Board. They must fulfill the following English language proficiency: NIM Certificate in General English (Advanced Level) or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Students who do not meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements are required to pass the English Proficiency Test.
