The curriculum includes Database Systems, User Interface Development, Network Business And Distributed Information Management, Information Systems Analysis And Design, Software Engineering with Group Project, Resource Planning, Management of Service Operations, Financial Management, Marketing Management And Strategy, Decision Support Systems, Information Engineering, HRM: Strategic Resourcing and Development, International Business Strategy, Global Business Environment, Computing Project.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants must have completed Advanced Diploma in Information Technology offered at MDIS or relevant Advanced Diploma from other professional institution may gain direct entry to stage 2 (second year of the BSc (Hons) in Business Computing programme). Applicants who have successfully completed the Diploma in computing with management offered at local polytechnics may gain direct entry to stage 2 (second year of the BSc (Hons) in Business Computing program). Applicants who have successfully completed the Diploma in Business, IT or Engineering related field at local polytechnics will be required to take two bridging modules prior to gain direct entry to the degree programme. Also applicants those who have successfully completed the diploma from the local polytechnics other than the above field will be reviewed on case by case basis. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English (EL1) or its equivalent and Mathematics at GCE 'O' Level standard. Failing which they are required to sit for the following entrance examinations: Applicants without C6 pass in English (EL1) as First Language or its equivalent are required: score a minimum of band 6 in IELTS conducted by the British Council; or must have scored 213 points (computer-based) or 550 points (paper-based) in TOEFL; or pass MDIS English Entrance Test. Applicants without C6 pass in Elementary Mathematics will be required to take the Mathematics Entrance Test set by University of Bradford (UK) at MDIS.
