Ringkasan program
The focus of the course will be on an experiential, emotion-focused, therapy to produce change in core emotional structures. The approach is integrative synthesizing elements of client-centered Gestalt, cognitive behavioral and dynamic practice within an emotion theory framework. Many approaches to date have focused on changing cognition or conscious understanding. EFT focuses on changing emotion and using adaptive emotion as a guide to living. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate awarded by The Emotion-Focused Therapy Clinic, Canada and the Academy of Human Development according to the level they enrolled in.
Modul program
The modules include: Introduction of EFT, Basic Skills of EFT, Working with Self-Criticism in Emotion-Focused Therapy, EFT: Working with Forgiveness and Self-Soothing, EFT: Case Conceptualisation and Advanced Intervention.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants must also be working or volunteering in an environment where they are able to apply EFT ideas and techniques on their clients.
