This programme aims to provide students an understanding of managerial decision making and leadership aspects of the international hotel industry. In addition, it is also designed to develop independent research and study skills which will be required when working at senior managerial level in the industry. The scheme has been devised on the basis that students will attend a course of study of not less than 450 contact hours. Private study will be required over and above this figure. Five of the six modules are assessed by an assignment and a three hour examination. The sixth module is assessed through a 5000 word management research report. All assessments are marked by CTH. All students on Diploma programme are eligible for Affiliate Membership of the Institute of Hospitality therefore; they stand a better chance to get employment opportunities. Upon graduation, students can apply for Internships to get practical experience.

The modules include Food and Beverage Management, Facilities Management, Management Accounting, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management and Management Research Report.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should be minimum 18 years old and should have successfully completed or exempted from Diploma in Hotel Management awarded by CTH U.K. or equivalent qualifications. They are also expected to have IELTS score of 5.5 (minimum) or TOEFL score of 550 (minimum) / English Intermediate level or equivalent.
