Ringkasan program

This course offers students an exciting platform to explore and experiment with architectural design. The course is fully integrated with 100 per cent in-course assessment and offers learning opportunities in architectural design and technology within the regional and global context. Students are exposed to design primers and year-long projects. They learn and work in design studios and participate in out-of-classroom activities locally and overseas. Frequent talks by industry designers add flavor to the course through interactive dialogue and forum sessions. Topics taught range from theoretical subjects to technological and environmental issues, enabling students to design with a creative mind while balancing with the practical aspects of architecture. 2-D/3-D computer software modules equip students with the latest design communication skills and tools. A 12-week internship programme trains students to be work-ready upon graduation.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students from Hong Kong (SAR) need to have completed Certificate of Education (HKCEE) with English language (syllabus B) and/or Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE). Indian students must have completed Secondary School Certificate (Year 10) or Senior School Certificate (Year 12). Indonesian students need to have done SMA Ujian Akhir Nasional (UAN) / STTB SMA or SMA, SMU Ebtanas. Malaysian students must possess Unified Examination Certificate and Unified Examination Certificate - Vocational. Students from Myanmar should have Basic Education High School (BEHS). People's Republic of China students must fulfill Gaokao or National College Entrance Examination (NCEE). Thailand students should have completed Maw 6. Vietnam students need to have undertaken Year 12 High School Graduation Certificate of National Exam and students from any countries must have qualification in GCSE/IGCSE/GCE (non Singapore-Cambridge) and/ or other qualifications (will be assessed based on its equivalence to the GCE 'O' level examinations). Those who hold International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma qualification need to have an overall aggregate of at least 22 (based on five subjects including English, maths and relevant subject). Students must fulfill English language by obtaining TOEFL with a score of 550 on (paper-based), 213 on (computer-based) or 79 on (internet-based) or an overall minimum score of 6.0 on IELTS (reading and speaking). They should also have a minimum SAT I score of 560 on critical reading/verbal, 600 on math or SATII score of 600 on physics / chemistry. Students should also satisfy TOEFL score of 550 [paper-based], 213 [computer-based] or 79 [internet-based], or IELTS (International English Language Testing System - overall minimum score of 6.0; for China qualifications 6.0 is also required for reading and speaking component), or passes our English Language entrance test. Our English entrance test is only offered to selected / shortlisted applicants.
