This programme focuses on customer orientation - the secret behind every successful organisation. Students will be taught skills that are critical in delivering a top-class total customer experience. By inculcating a customer-centric mindset of service excellence, the programme aims to raise the standards of service in the companies they work for, and create value for the customers. It also prepares students in the following areas: helps them to use customer management skills to identify customers’ needs, manage their expectations and address conflicts and how apply customer relationship management in businesses to build and maintain profitable customers. Graduates can take up these professions such as account and relationship officer or executive or manager, sales and marketing officer or executive or manager and customer service officer or executive or manager.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

GEC 'O' level holders students to be eligible for admission for the course, must obtain 26 points or better for the net ELR2B2 aggregate score (i.e. English language, two relevant subjects and best two other subjects, including CCA bonus points). They should also meet the entry requirements of English language with the grade 1-7, mathematics (elementary or additional) with grade 1-6 and one of the subjects with grade 1-6 in science stream, design and technology, food and nutrition, engineering, electronics or computer science stream. Students who are ITE holders should have completed NITEC qualification or Higher NITEC qualification with a GPA greater than or equal to 3.5 or 2.0 respectively. In addition to this all international students should have secured minimum IELTS score of 6.0 for all bands (listening, writing, reading and speaking) or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 650 (Paper- based), 173 (Computer-based) or 79 (internet-based).
