Ringkasan program
This course will enable project managers to grasp the fundamentals of effective communication. It will be highly interactive and will employ a mix of case studies, group discussions and role plays to reinforce concepts. By the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively deliver on the different aspects of project communications management by: understanding the different models of communication and how they can be applied to step change effectiveness; understanding personal communication styles and the impact on key stakeholders; developing effective written communication style and convey with impact; developing winning presentation skills; develop a personal action plan to apply the concepts to real life work situations. By the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively deliver on the different aspects of project communications management like communications planning, information distribution, and performance reporting and managing stakeholders. A Certificate of Participation will be awarded upon completion of the course.

The modules are as follows: An introduction to communication, Models and concepts that underline effective communication, Impact of communication on personal effectiveness, Use of Personal assessment / feedback, Understand barriers to communication, Create Productive relationships, Develop an understanding of influence and their influence styles, Assessing their impact on others and exploring techniques to maximize effectiveness, Face to face communication model, Positive Body Language, Developing the right listening skills.
