Ringkasan program
This course is aimed at helping employees understand why dealing with crisis is beneficial to them and to the organisation. It is all about being on top of such crises and not let them topple. It will cover identifying 'minefields' and developing level-headed approaches to deal with the situation to maintain or even increase confidence in the organisation. Participants will be exposed to practical situations and be encouraged to use the knowledge learnt to defuse these potential threats. Today a volcanic eruption on a remote island affects more than a million people worldwide. It becomes a global crisis and yet the crisis has to be managed locally. On completion of this course, students will receive certificate of participation.
