The aim of the program is to equip students with a sharply honed understanding of the strengths and limitations of various "skills and knowledge" domains: firm resources, risk propensities, and external market-competitive and socio-political environmental constraints pertinent to those decisions. It provides both specific information and analytical tools in the context of the unique types of management decisions confronted by the executive under varying market-competitive and industry conditions, and the adaptability of a firm's physical and human resources in competing in different markets. It is devoted to leadership challenges and focus on main themes include effective leadership, corporate governance and international business to ensure participants are equip with a global business perspectives. It is structured around 12 core courses which are essential management skills and provide a good concentrate on the development of the academic foundation.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should have a recognized undergraduate degree with minimum three years of work experience or good diploma from a recognized institution plus minimum of five years management experience. Mature candidates who have demonstrated exceptional professional or business achievements but who do not meet the above requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
