Ringkasan program
This workshop is targeted for management, managerial or supervisory staff from finance or other operational departments, who would like to be equipped with adequate knowledge to understand about fraud and identify the warning signs of potential fraud. It is designed to equip staff with relevant knowledge to identify early warning signs of potential fraud that can occur at different major business processes, including procurement, cash receipts, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory and payroll processes. Participants upon completion will be able to identify opportunities that facilitate fraud to be perpetrated by employees against the company and on behalf of the company; recognise warning signs of fraud pertaining to employees’ character and behaviour; learn about situational pressure that increase the possibility of fraud occurrence; find out about the characteristics of top management defrauders; and understand the symptoms of fraud pertaining to major business processes.
