The aim of this course: to provide pupils with a broad-based foundation for lifelong learning through a multi-disciplinary approach in the teaching and learning of the Humanities; to instill in pupils a sense of national identity as well as global awareness; to equip pupils with the skills of independent enquiry and critical thinking. It designed to enable pupils to: understand the issues that affect the socio-economic development, the governance and the future of Singapore; learn from attempts made by other countries to build politically viable, socially cohesive and economically vibrant societies; develop into citizens who have empathy towards others and who will participate responsibly and sensibly in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-religious society; have a deep sense of shared destiny and national identity.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Admission examination for entry into Year 1 is administered to students who have not sat for the national Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) but have obtained the equivalent qualification. A copy of the results slip must be attached for reference. Admission examinations are also administered to both local and foreign students wishing to enter Year 2 and 3. Normal stream students are not eligible to apply. Students must pass the Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS) or Qualifying Test (QT) before applying to schools for admission.
