This programme is aimed at the following: CEOs, subsidiary managers, department managers (finance, marketing, sales, etc.), liberal professions, consultants, or high-level managers seeking to take on assignments, such as heading a subsidiary, business unit, etc. The average length of professional experience is 15 years, performed in various sectors of activity (industry, technology and communications, services, etc). The programme aims to update the participant’s skills in basic tools for management control, financial management, marketing, logistics, etc, by integrating the parameters of globalization. It also pursues the goals of improving new management and strategic analysis techniques; developing the entrepreneurial qualities necessary for any director; and, lastly, synthesizing the programmes lessons through a strategic project that responds to concrete corporate issues. The programme is organized in three phases: management tools and methods (management control and cost analysis, marketing, etc.); capabilities of directors in a globalized environment (role and responsibilities of a director, international legal environment, etc); guidance of development and change (setting up new organizations, successfully carrying out international mergers or restructuring, etc).

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

To be eligible, students must have at least six years of professional experience, for example as department manager, and a basic knowledge of English.
