This course aims to provide entrants to the management consulting profession with the knowledge and tools to help them reach highest standards and best practices in management consulting. The modules include M1 Management Consulting Skills, E2 Management Research and Analysis, E3 Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement, E4 Strategic Business Planning and Implementation.
