This program is specially designed to meet the needs of participants intending to acquire specialist knowledge in organisation excellence and in the field of management consulting in organisation excellence as well as business development; gain a professional qualification that confers upon the recipient the accredited status of having achieved the requisite quality of knowledge and skills within the organisation excellence division; fulfill his/her professional commitment of continuous professional development and to enhance his/her knowledge and expertise that will benefit both the consultant and his/her client; provide consultants as well as internal staff with key concepts, strategies and processes in achieving organisation excellence.

Modul program

The modules include M1 Management Consulting Skills, E7 Knowledge Management and Corporate Performance, E16 Building Learning Organisations, Learning Innovations, E10 Organisation Change Management.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should have completed a degree or diploma or equivalent professional qualification acceptable to the institute. Senior OE directors/managers with extensive practical OE experience, but do not have the academic qualification may also be considered.
