Ringkasan program

This programme is designed to help private and public hospital managers and healthcare organization managers better anticipate the new challenges of the health care economy and manage large-scale projects. Diverse external and internal factors affecting the hospital sector’s development will profoundly alter the mission and position of health and social care establishments, and spur new regulations in the public and private sectors. The programmes mission is to help health care decision-makers manage these major changes in the best possible way. Directors of establishments, deputy directors, managing doctors, nursing directors, quality managers, biomedical managers, technical support managers, economic and technical managers, laboratory product managers, gerontologists, etc. The programme aims to increase mastery of new tools (hospital risk management, accreditation, medico-economic assessment, measuring patient satisfaction, etc), improve the use of new management and strategic analysis tools, and combine the program’s lessons in a strategic project that responds to a real company or organization issue. The programme is organized into three phases: management tools and methods (management auditing, financial analysis, etc); challenges and development of hospital management (European healthcare system regulations, global approach to quality and risk management in hospitals, etc); conducting change and new organizations (impact of change on organizations, conducting change, etc), plus a seminar and an educational trip abroad.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should have completed masters degree (French Bac+4) or equivalent and a minimum three years' professional experience. Applicants with the following roles are particularly eligible: directors, deputy directors of establishments, managing doctors, nursing directors, quality managers, biomedical managers, technical support managers, economic and technical managers, laboratory product managers, gerontologists, etc. Applicants to be considered for admission must demonstrate their proficiency in English with a TOEFL or TOEIC or the ESSEC English test.
