Ringkasan program
This is an intensive programme designed to train students in processes, operations, technology solutions and innovation strategies in the Banking and Financial Services sector. This programme gives students comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of business methods and management concepts required in assuming senior levels of responsibility in Technology and Operations projects across all banking segments - corporate, investment, private and retail. The wealth of insight accessible to MITB (FS) students is developed through the Unified Banking Process Framework (UBPF).

Banking Processes, IT and Architecture: A.1 Banking Products and Processes; A.2 Retail Banking Technology: Processes, IT and Architecture; A.3 Corporate and Institutional Banking Technology: Processes, IT and Architecture; A.4 Financial Markets Technology: Processes, IT and Architecture; A.5 Lifecycle Implementation of Banking Products; A.6 FS Operational Risk: Foundation and Framework; A.7 FS Operational Risk: Data, Information, System and Architecture; for C. IT and Project Management: C.1 IT Governance and Innovation Management; C.2 Spreadsheet Modeling for Technology and Operations Decisions; C.3 IT Project and Vendor Management; C.4 Global Sourcing of Technology and Processes; D. General Management: D.1 Accounting for Technology and Operations Managers; D.2 Strategy and Organisation; D.3 Finance for Technology and Operations Managers; E. Capstone Project - equivalent to two courses: E.1 Project-Project Definition, development and critique workshops; Industry expert seminars and company site visits and E.2 Project Delivery.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a good bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, information systems, IT, engineering, or science. At least two years of IT and/or operations related work experience in banking, or other segments of the financial services industry is required. They should have obtained GMAT scores. Foreigners who are working and based in Singapore, and professionals with strong IT and/or operations work experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply. The admission interviews will be conducted for short-listed candidates.
