Ringkasan program
This programme is designed to create an opportunity for students to enter international marketing management positions in companies and / or develop international entrepreneurial skills. It provides an in-depth study of the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in developing business internationally. It aims at developing international managers, skilled in interpersonal communications and cross-cultural capability, who can contribute a balanced outlook, incorporating an understanding of economic, environmental and social concerns in the context of developing a profitable international business. The programme objective is to study, review and put into practice both the 'tried and tested' techniques and the latest concepts in international marketing. Students will develop an understanding of the international marketing environment and the tools required to make a business or organisation successful in an increasingly competitive world.

The modules include: MIM 101 International Marketing Strategy; MIM 102 International Market Environment; MIM 103 Researching International Markets; MIM 201 Cultural Aspects of International Marketing; MIM 202 International Finance, Pricing and Payment; MIM 203 The Internet and International Marketing; MIM 301 Launching a New Business Enterprise (Venture); MIM 302 Global Brand Marketing; MIM 303 Research Methods; MIM 401 International Marketing Project.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students with no work experiences should have completed at least a 2nd class honours degree in business for direct entry to MSc in International Marketing Management; they should have completed 3rd class honours degree in Business for entry Post-grad Diploma in International Marketing Management, then proceed to MSc in International Marketing Management upon fulfillment of criteria; or general / pass degree; or recognised Diploma in Business for Graduate Certificate in Management Studies; or MISTC Graduate Diploma in Marketing / Business Management; then proceed to MSc in International Marketing Management. Mature students with good work experience and/or professional qualifications can gain direct entry to the Master of Science in International Marketing Management or Post-graduate Diploma in International Marketing Management on a case-by-case basis. International students should have obtained an GCE 'O' or 'AO' pass in English; or English language requirement for international students whose first language is not English: IELTS score of 6.5 / TOEFL score of 590 / GCSE Grade C / TOEFL IB TOEFL score of 95 / MISTC EL4 score 80 per cent and above; or students with MISTC EL4 below 80 per cent will be required to attend six months of business English course during their first year of the degree programme.
