This programme is an internationally recognised masters degree in business administration and management. It prepares managers for organization-wide leadership and decision making by examining each of the functions of business in turn. Building on this broad foundation, the MBA focuses on the integrative disciplines of business strategy and the management of change, leading to a real-world consultancy project and an individual piece of business research, submitted as a dissertation. It approaches leadership thematically from the starting points of creativity, practicality and social resourcefulness, and focuses strongly on the personal development of participants, including career management. The MBA gives a sound grounding for management careers at executive level within organisations of all sizes around the world. The practical application within business simulations and the real world consultancy project ensure that participants gain the ability to apply learning to real-world business scenarios, as well as understanding the underpinning theoretical frameworks. Participants are given opportunities to develop their own personal skills, as well as business skills, culminating in individual career development plans.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants should have completed secondary school education in English or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of at least 6.5; or a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of at least 600 (paper-based) or 79 (Internet-based); or Test of English as International Communications (TOEIC) score of 605-780; and bachelors degree from a leading university. They should have a minimum of two years full time management work experience after graduation. Applicants without the requisite work experience will be admitted into the Master of Arts (Operations and Logistics) programme if they satisfy the eligibility criteria. Mature candidates above the age of 25 who wish to apply for direct entry into the Master of Arts / Master of Business Administration, who hold at least a diploma and have a minimum of five years of managerial work experience, will be required to undergo an interview conducted by ERCI’s Academic Director / Deputy Academic Director to assess for suitability of entry into the said programme.
