This programme aims to equip doctoral students with the knowledge, skills, and ability to conduct highly-rigorous research in OBHR. It is designed to prepare students for an academic career in OBHR in major research universities worldwide. It aims to provide with the ability to publish in the top OBHR journals of the field such as journal of applied psychology, academy of management journal, and organisational behaviour and human decision processes, to successfully present their research findings at academic conferences worldwide, and to successfully teach university-level OBHR classes. The programme includes: intellectually-stimulating curriculum emphasizing psychological foundations of organisational behaviour and human resources, statistics, and research methods; training in research from the very beginning of the program, including research design, data collection, manuscript writing, and navigating the journal review process; and preparation for and experience in teaching OBHR at the university level.
Modul program
The foundation courses include Research Design in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources, Research in Organisational Behaviour, Research in Human Resources, General Linear Model, Multivariate Statistics and Psychological Measurement. Advanced Research topics half-courses, such as Assessing and Developing Theory in OBHR, Research in Workplace Affect and Attitudes, Research in Decision Making, Research in Leadership, Research in Motivation, Research in Negotiation, Research in Organisational and National/Societal Culture, Research in Organisational Trust, Research in Personnel Selection and Staffing, Research in Organizational Justice, Research in Individual creativity, Research in Corporate Social Performance, Work-Non work Interface, Other advanced topics in OBHR.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. They are required to take the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) or GRE (Graduate Record Examinations). An acceptable TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English) scores are required for students whose prior education was not conducted in English.

Uraian Tempat
The University commenced its curricular instruction in 2000 with a single school - the School of Business. The School opened its doors to its pioneer batch of Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) students in August 2000. A two-storey building was constructed on a piece of land at Evans Road at the fringe of the so-called Bukit Timah Campus, formerly home to tertiary institutions such as the University of Singapore and the National Institute of Education (NIE). The facilities at the premises included five seminar rooms, a media theatre, discussion rooms, a library, a reading room, a conference room, a student' activities room, and faculty and administrative offices. Faculty, staff and students alike maximized the usage of the limited facilities and had a good and enjoyable first year. In its second academic year, the University and the School moved into the extensively renovated Bukit Timah Campus which was equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The School moved again in 2005 when SMU relocated to the historic Bras Basah district in the heart of the city, a move that brought vitality to an area that once housed several of Singapore's premier schools. The current location at Stamford Road is in close proximity to the business and financial centre of Singapore.

The Singapore Management University has the following hostel facilities: SMU Residences at Prinsep and Accommodation at Havelock. The SMU Residences at Prinsep Street is open to fresh undergraduates uprooted from their home towns, to get used to life in SMU and in Singapore. The residence is in close proximity to Little India, Arab Street, Bugis Junction and the National Library. The hostel is surrounded by museums, theatres, educational institutions, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and a range of retail outlets. The residence consists of three blocks of four-storey apartments in a tropical setting with landscaping and abundant foliage. There are a total of 48 individual apartments. Each has a lounge cum dinning area, equipped with refrigerator and microwave oven, two toilets cum shower and four bedrooms with multi-split air conditioning (two single and two twin sharing bed) which can accommodate up to six residents. Rooms are furnished with a loft bed/study table, wardrobe, towel rail study chairs, waste bins and mattress. Rooms are also equipped with power points, LAN points and circular PL lamps. SMU has recently leased 220 beds of student hostels at Havelock Road from EM Services Pte Ltd (a private hostel operator) and it is open to senior undergraduate students (full-time SMU students second year and above), exchange students and full time post graduate students who plans to study full time at SMU for the forthcoming semester. There are 56 apartments which consist of a common lounge on the 15th floor. Each apartment has a living room (approx.16.68sqm) with a dining table; a kitchen (approx. 3.6sqm) equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, electrical hot plate for simple cooking; a toilet cum shower and two bedrooms (approx. 12.95sqm) with air conditioning, two single beds, mattresses, study tables/chairs and wardrobe. The apartment is fully equipped with power points and wireless internet connection.
