This programme aims to update students knowledge on the economic, legal and strategic public-private partnerships, to master the basic management tools in this specific context (organizational analysis, performance, marketing services and delegations) and learn change management (conferences methodology). It is intended for executives in the civil service, managers of urban services authorities, managers of public enterprises and to business executives’ delegated public service in Morocco. The programme has three components: concerns the context of public-private partnerships (economic, legal, strategic); deals with tools for managing private and public (analysis of organizations, performance analysis, marketing, delegation of public service); deals with change management (conferences methodological and practical application in case of Moroccan organizations and foreign public service).

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Specialized Master in Management of Cities and Territories is for graduates Bac +5 (or equivalent to a diploma level French Bac 5 required by the Conference des Grandes Ecoles for the master degree programme) or graduates level Bac +4 (or equivalent) with at least three years of professional experience. Applicants to be considered for admission must demonstrate their proficiency in English with a TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS score results; management aptitude test GMAT or TAGE-MAGE. They are required to present a score of English applicants native English speakers or who have pursued three years of graduate studies in English, or who have lived or worked three years in an English speaking country.
