Ringkasan program

This programme is open to all future senior leaders of the HR function wishing to develop their career in an international context. This programme prepares players for the HR function to act as true business partners and take in an international context, the key missions of the function: strategic partner to senior management, agent of change and partner operational managers, Driver motivation, guarantor of employability and employee involvement, effective operational, administrative expert and developer of e-HR responsive and effective. Rich in innovative contributions in discoveries and illustrations of innovative practices and meetings and openings, this programme combines theoretical and practical methods of analyzing and solving problems encountered in the implementation of a HR strategy as in the operational activities of the HR function. It is ranked as first among the continuing education programs developed by the HR business schools (ranked Liaisons Sociales, September 2005).

Modul program

The program is built around six pillars: Environment of the HR function, Management of employment and skills, Total Compensation, People Management, International approaches and Participants must also develop a group project.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Eligible applicants are French and foreign graduates French or foreign higher education Bac +4 minimum: Masters, School of Engineering, School of Management, 3rd cycle (DEA, DESS) and justifying a minimum of three years experience. They should have Aptitude Test Management (TAGE MAGE or GMAT), Test of English (TOEIC or TOEFL), interview with a jury. ESSEC Executive Education holds regular sessions of testing TAGE MAGE and English.
