This programme is internationally recognised and it is the key to management success in industry, commerce and public sector organisations across the world. It provides students with a hands-on role, which encompasses many different areas and not just finance. The role builds up students' confidence to provide information vital to the decision-making process, making use of effective Management Information Systems. By becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), students will attain one of the world's most prestigious qualifications for strategic and financial management. It produces versatile professionals who have been assessed in a practical business setting and can apply their business skills in many different areas and roles. CIMA members go way beyond accountancy - they use their skills to provide analysis, decision support and value creation and risk management. CIMA will be students passport to employment in commerce, financial services, consultancy and management in the public or private sector.

The modules includes: Certificate in Business Accounting covers C01 Fundamentals of Management Accounting, C02 Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, C03 Fundamentals of Business Mathematics, C04 Fundamentals of Business Economics; C05 Fundamentals of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Business Law; Operational Level covers E1 Enterprise Operations, P1 Performance Operations, F1 Financial Operations; Management Level covers E2 Enterprise Management, P2 Performance Management, F2 Financial Management; Strategic Level covers E3 Enterprise Strategy, F3 Financial Strategy, P3 Performance Strategy.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants must have completed GCE 'O' level (5 credits in English and Mathematics). Those for entry to Professional qualification must have obtained CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting or relevant degree in accountancy or business; or Accounting Technician qualification or ICWAI, ICMAP, ICASL, ICMAB, ACCA or MBA. They are also expected to provide evidence of a level of English ability at least equivalent to 5.5 of the International English Language Testing Standards (IELTS) achieved within past 24 months or a pass in FTMSGlobal English Programme at Intermediate Level 2 stage.
