Modern theory of finances (core module); strategic business planning and development; advanced financial statement analysis; corporate governance and ethics in accounting and finances; performance measurement and evaluation; strategic financial management; corporate reporting; investment analysis and portfolio management; audit theory and practice; research skills; dissertation (Master's only).
