This course combines the study of a range of disciplines in psychology, with modules that focus upon the clinical applications of psychology; such a combination of modules provides a good foundation for students interested in a career within the psychological therapies or applied psychology field but who also wish to keep their options open; the degree increases knowledge and understanding of the applications of psychology to clinical problems, alongside developing competence in low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy and evidence-based psychological therapies.
