The course Provides students with the opportunity to further develop knowledge and understanding of both theoretical principles and practical techniques related to the application of sport and exercise sciences; covers contemporary issues in sport and exercise science and develop skills relevant to pursue a career in the area and gain professional accreditation; takes a hands-on approach and practical experience working with clients is central to the learning experience.

Core modules: Theoretical principles in sport and exercise science; applied techniques in sport or exercise science; research design and analysis; research project; optional modules: current issues in strength training and conditioning; children in sport and exercise; optimising sport performance; sport and exercise injury.
