The course gives students a comprehensive understanding of the main theoretical and applied concepts in banking and finance, delivered from an international and multicultural perspective; it offers students comprehensive training in banking management and accounting as well as in-depth appreciation of the finance industry, giving students a wide range of opportunities to specialise in advanced topics in banking and finance.

Autumn term: accounting and finance for managers; bank financial management; corporate finance; financial crises and bank regulation; quantitative methods for finance; spring term: banking and financial institutions; financial derivatives; research methods; risk management; 2 options from: financial and time series econometrics; Islamic banking; monetary theory and policy; multinational financial management; summer term and vacation: research method project in banking and finance.
