Ringkasan program
This programme aims to train students in areas of finance which have major practical and theoretical interest mainly but not exclusively in relation to all aspects of modern banking; such areas include investment analysis, corporate finance issues such as optimal capital structure and mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, finance microstructure and taxation; the programme puts considerable emphasis on banking regulation and its importance for a well-run, robust but efficient banking sector; this emphasis is highlighted by the presence of a dedicated core regulation module; the programme is intended to give professional postgraduate training to students wishing to pursue careers in retail and investment banking as well as elsewhere in the private sector where knowledge of banking finance, and finance in general, is of relevance.
