Business economics focuses on the practical application of economic ideas, knowledge and methods within the context of professional decision-making situations; the programme applies economic knowledge to issues related to business policy, and uses business statistics and graphic illustration as opposed to mathematical theoretical concepts and proofs; also analyses the relationship between internal business policy and government regulation of business and uses case-study analysis and project work to consolidate learning.
