Ringkasan program
The Cancer Medicine research programme conducts world class research into several aspects of cancer at the translational interface; at the biological level, work focuses on mechanisms of carcinogenesis, control of tumour growth, and their application to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cancer; at the population level work is focussing on strategies to understand what causes and prevents cancer, detect it at the very earliest stage, develop ways of targeting treatment to patients most likely to benefit, and support those who are living with cancer.
