Ringkasan program
This course will enable students to learn and put into practice all the skills they need to manage a restaurant and its staff to a good professional standard. They will learn about restaurant presentation, marketing, how to supervise staff and organize staff training. During the course they will cover topics including maintain critical control points (CCP) in production and serving of food and drink, maintain health and safety in one's own area of responsibility, contribute to the development and introduction of recipes and menus, etc. They will also study essential key skills to help prepare for further study and employment.
