Ringkasan program
Designed to develop a conceptual understanding of the principles and processes of change within an individual, group or organisational context through an active and innovative approach to learning and teaching; there are also options at PG Diploma and Master's levels in Strategic Management or Training and Development.
Modul program
Postgraduate Diploma: 6 modules are required to be completed, the 3 modules on the PG Certificate course, plus 'communication research' and 'development and planning' and 'evaluating change management'; Training and Development option: employee development for rural business; Postgraduate Diploma candidates are permitted to transfer to the Master's and proceed with a research project if they obtain a sufficiently high standard of work throughout the year (50 per cent minimum in each module); 6 modules from the PG Diploma programme, plus a research project.
