This course focuses on the industry�s role as a key provider of future economic and social development; students investigate the product and processes of construction, and the way they are provided within an economic, contractual and regulated world; they also gain the development of human and technical skills in order to produce the ability to get projects delivered with tight time and budget constraints as well as an appreciation of the social and economic context of the industry as a whole.
