The course provides students with analytic and research skills, an interdisciplinary knowledge base, and practical understanding of the settings in which crime and justice policies are devised and implemented both in the UK and internationally.
Modul program
Theories of crime and criminal behaviour; police and policing; sentencing and penal theory; contemporary criminological practice; the principles and practice of research design; criminal justice in Europe; legal theory; dissertation (20000 words).
