Students have an opportunity to study design approaches and engage in making and construction; in addition students learn how to apply their training and knowledge in the live performance environment and in collaborative work.
Modul program
Year 1: Performance perspectives; exploring performance; production processes 1; skills; making. Year 2: Performance and production design; materials and construction; text and performance design; dramaturgy in context; wigs and millinery; cultural perspectives of scenography; performance technologies. Year 3: Showcase; independent projects; British and European theatre architecture; puppetry and masks; advanced making; performance technologies 2; multimedia in performance; portfolio and research; production management; community design; small-scale and touring.
