Ringkasan program
This new City and Guilds Diploma in food preparation and cooking is designed to give you the basic level of craft skills and knowledge required by the Hospitality and Catering Industry. This course is designed to give both practical and theory skills and knowledge. Most of it is taught in the College’s Training and Production Kitchens and will involve you working alongside the chef lecturers in the production of the day’s menu. You will receive individual tuition as you require it and you will be encouraged to develop professional working procedures. The practical content is supported by theory sessions, formal and informal, as well as individual and group work. These will help you compile a portfolio of your work.
