Ringkasan program
If the student is interested in American literature, or film studies, or Renaissance drama, or children's literature and loves the Victorian novel, or contemporary poetry then this is a suitable course; this course allows the student to develop a variety of skills and techniques, encouraging the student to explore the creative potential of a variety of media and processes within different areas of art and design; studio workshops include drawing, painting, digital media, mixed media, glass, fibre arts, print, ceramics and sculpture; the emphasis is on visual practice with personal study becoming increasingly prominent in years 2 and 3 as the student progresses to graduation.
Modul program
Year 1: Critical skills; visual practices and critical frameworks; dramatic and poetic form. Year 2: History of fiction: the 18th and 19th Century novel; drawing as enquiry; children's literature; materials and processes. Year 3: Shakespeare and early modern literature; post-war and contemporary literature; independent study; advanced studio practice 1; advanced studio practice 2.
