If you want to gain a thorough understanding of hospitality business management this is the course for you. This two year full time course covers a range of modules that will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the hospitality industry. You will learn about technical, supervisory and managerial aspects of the industry. You will also benefit directly from employer involvement and work based learning.

One of the following qualifications: BTEC National qualification, Advanced GNVQ, Access Qualification, 1 A Level or 2 AS Levels. The Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management does not include a work placement.
