Ringkasan program
This advanced level course covers all aspects of the hospitality industry and is ideal if students want to work at a managerial level. The course combines academic study with practical skills development, and is designed to equip them for further study and career development in all aspects of the hotel, catering and hospitality industries. During this course they will cover seven compulsory units: the contemporary hospitality industry, the developing manager, customer service, food and beverage operations, room division operations, management accounting of hospitality, industry experience. They will also take nine specialist units from the following options: food and society, menu planning and product development, world cuisine, creative patisserie (double unit) - on-licensed trade management, business health check, food hygiene and the environment, nutrition and diet, contemporary gastronomy (double unit).
