Ringkasan program
This pathway is focused on the interaction of humans within the animal environment, and animals within the human environment; it will address global issues which educate students about an appreciation of the context in which they live and explore issues to do with attitude and behaviour change; key issues will include deforestation; conservation; sustainability; as well as issues to do with providing healthy urban areas for animals and humans; and welfare and ethical issues regarding the use and care of animal species in a variety of contexts; e.g. as companions; as medical models; or in zoos; appropriate optional units include aspects of biodiversity; human geography; health psychology; social psychology and change.
Modul program
Research Methods; introduction to anthrozoology; humans and the animal world; perspectives in human animal interactions; plus one option from : animals and human health; biopsychosocial aspects of health; psychosocial aspects of illness and disability; human learning; thinking creatively; animal behaviour; attachment; anxiety and health or others from biological sciences or geography.
